how is the sizing of the shirts/sweatshirts/hoodies?

all of our shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are unisex with the exception of our white SISCIETY brand tee. our white SISCIETY brand tee is a women’s fit and fits small, we recommend sizing up in this item for comfort. we also recommend sizing up and item for an oversized look.

when will my order ship?

due to covid-19, shipping times may be slightly delayed. please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

can I return or exchange my order?

what do I do if my order arrives damaged?

if an item arrives damaged, please email hey.sis@siscietyapparel.com with a description and picture of the item in the condition you received it. we want to make sure you have the best experience with us sis! you’re a part of the fam!

some designs may be restocked, unless noted as limited availability.
